A GivingMatters.com staff member will review your request. If all the documents are received, you will receive a username and password by email to begin building your nonprofit profile.
GivingMatters.com is an online self-entry process. You will enter information about your organization’s programs, board, history, etc. The Community Foundation will verify and enter information in the financial section. In order to complete the financial section, we will request numerous documents (i.e. 990s, audits, budgets…)
GivingMatters.com staff are available to support you through the profile process. Generally, we want to complete a profile within 4-6 weeks of receiving a request. Since a profile takes about 4-12 hours of your staff time to complete, please submit your request when you have time available to complete a profile on this timeline.
We offer training to familiarize you with the GivingMatters.com system. The trainings are held the first and third Thursdays of the month from
